Our Story

Built Around People, Service & Island Life.

R&R Car Rentals & Sales was founded with a simple vision: to offer the people of the Turks and Caicos Islands — and the many guests who visit our shores — a car rental and sales experience built on genuine local knowledge, honest pricing, and personal care.

As a locally owned and operated business, we are proud to call the Turks and Caicos Islands home.

We don’t just hand you the keys. We can help you understand the roads, discover beautiful beaches, explore local areas, and make the most of your time on the islands.

Meet The Founder

A Local Business With A Personal Touch.

R&R Car Rentals & Sales is led by its founder and owner, Rosemond Philistin, a proud member of the Turks and Caicos community.

Rosemond established R&R with a commitment to delivering service that feels personal — because it is. When you rent or purchase a vehicle through R&R, you’re working directly with a local business that takes pride in every customer interaction.

Her hands-on approach means quality, honesty, and customer satisfaction remain at the heart of everything R&R does.
